As the founder and principal of Donayre Consulting, Jayna Donayre leverages over a decade of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs to help organizations navigate complex policy landscapes and build meaningful relationships. She specializes in public policy, advocacy, corporate affairs, and multicultural marketing, with expertise in telecommunications, civil rights, education, and technology.

Jayna helps clients expand operations, develop equity-driven initiatives, and engage key decision-makers through impactful content and strategic partnerships. She works closely with corporate, nonprofit, and government stakeholders to create inclusive strategies that enhance organizational influence and foster long-term success.

Previously, Jayna served as a Senior Consultant at the Ibarra Strategy Group in Washington, DC, where she advised corporate and nonprofit clients on public policy, Latino advocacy, and communications. She has successfully led strategic planning, policy advocacy, and public affairs campaigns for nonprofit organizations and Fortune 200 corporations, strengthening donor and stakeholder support.

Her commitment to advocacy extends internationally; she volunteered with an Indonesia-based NGO supporting children and adults with special needs, coordinating advocacy campaigns at local and international levels. Domestically, she served as a federal affairs fellow for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) national office, working to strengthen the political influence, health, and civil rights of the Hispanic population in the United States.

Jayna holds a degree in Anthropology and Public Health Policy from the University of California, Irvine, with a focus on race, ethnicity, and the politics of difference, as well as cultural competence in U.S. biomedicine.
